Food Experiences for Educating from a Distance Webinar Series features Local Starches from Roots.

Youth chefs will demo recipes using the root starches, Kalo, ‘Uala, and Cassava. Learn the stories and planting techniques of these root starches.

The FREE webinar is open to the public and presented in partnership with Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Coop and We Grow Hawaiʻi Youth Food Summit.
